I feel a bit cheeky suggesting this without actually volunteering to run a group buy, but I've never done such a thing before and I'd probably prefer to start with something that would involve less working out about postage etc.

Anyhoo, over at evil_enablers I read about Fantasy Bath, which sounds great for a bath fiend like me, and apparently their TAT is only 1-5 days. However, to post to the UK is $37 for a flat rate box, or $29 if you spend over $50. According to their FAQ:

"A flat rate box can hold:

16 bath bombs
4 bags of powder
12 bath bombs and one bag of powder
6 bath bombs and two bags of powder
4 bath bombs and three bags of powder

We can usually get a body butter bar or mineral bath in the box in addition to the above. Unfortunately, candles are very large and we can only ship 2 of them in a flat rate box, but can get a bath bomb in there with them. "

So, it probably wouldn't be a very huge group order, but it'd be feasible, shipping-costs-wise, if four or five people were interested. Of course, then you'd have to factor in shipping within the UK, and I have no idea how much £ that would add onto things! (I have a good idea for things like BPAL, which is why I'd rather handle a circle like that before something like this...)

Anyway, just a suggestion in case anyone gets bored (so likely in the hectic run up to Christmas...!) and feels like running something like this!

ETA: I should have guessed that colere would have run a Fantasy Bath order here before! Though that was back in the summer according to the tags, so I guess the repeat of info here might still be useful! ALSO I accidentally tagged this wrong but the entry won't let me edit the tags...?! Crazy. CLEARLY I shouldn't be entrusted with a group order if I can't even keep my tags in line!!

ETA Twoooooo: It occurs to me, why do I never see anyone buying from BRITISH e-tailers? Surely there are SOME? Surely this is not a dry wilderness, free of scent and wonder? Is it the strength of the pound that makes our homeland's products less enticing (i.e. pricier)? I only hear people talk about Lush, but they're a big company now... Anyhoo, I could have posted this over on evil_enablers, but I figure there are quite a few Brit-slash-European types here. Get all patriotic on my ass and tell me if I'm missing some obvious places!

!!order plz!, fantasy bath, !plz note
