I was wondering.. was there a tutorial you used to create the dotted lines? I've been looking for a good one because I can't figure out how to make them =(

I didn't use a tutorial, but it's very easy. If you have PSP7, you can just go to the 'Draw' tool, and choose 'Freehand Line' from the drop down menu and a line style. You can increase the width to make them thicker, but make sure you don't have a background color selected, only a foreground color. I don't know how else to explain it, but I hope that helps! :)
