[Personality] "To be perfect in every way." There is no other statement that Franziska has kept as close to her heart and mind since she was a child.
Born the daughter of the legendary Prosecutor Manfred von Karma, it is obvious to say that she has had quite the reputation to live up to. Though it is rarely, if ever, shown to anyone around her, she has felt great pressure to follow up and be as 'perfect' as her father, a genius she knows she can never fully match, or her 'little brother', who some could refer to as the true successor of the von Karma practice. This has led Franziska to the use of many illegal tactics in court such as hiding evidence or telling a witness to leave something incriminating out of their testimony. Luckily, she's managed to avoid fault for all these techniques as she plans ahead quite thoroughly and is always on her toes. Since her time out of the country she's thankfully come to terms with who she really is and that she can never be her father. She now says that she is only doing things for herself and not just to please the deceased Manfred. Court trials may not be competitions any longer, but that doesn't mean she is okay with losing. She'll give it her all and then some.
Growing up under the influence of Manfred and Miles Edgeworth, two brilliant minds on their own, intelligence is just something that has come naturally to the young woman. Her personality is very similar to that of her father's-- cunning, smug, unrelenting, and ruthless. The only major difference between the two is how often she loses her cool, sending her whip out to speak for her own anger. She easily flies off the handle when things don't exactly go her way.
Since her perfect five-year record has been demolished by Phoenix Wright, she has calmed down considerably. She's been able to forge at least one friendship (Adrian Andrews) and even did all she could to assist Wright in his trial against Godot up at Hazakura Temple. She obviously desires to change, but the process is slow. Franziska still has a long way to go.
There is also her repetitive use of the word 'fool', which she uses excessively. "I grow tired of the foolish foolery of the foolish fools of this foolish country."
She's been called a megalomania. 8D And she still won't admit to not being perfect. That is a personal thing, thank you very much.

[Fighting] Talk things over with me, but Franny is only human. She can take a bullet to the shoulder and still want to prosecute, but isn't capable of crazy healing powers. She can whip with the best of them.
