So if any foolhardy fools are foolish enough to believe they will have free reign to do as they please, they will be quickly disappointed.

Shiiiiiiiiiiit. Ema picked the worse time to be put in for a position at the police department. Well, maybe it will take some time to process.

"It's good to know the police department won't be slacking in the least around this time of the season. With such big crowds, no one would probably noticed they had something stolen from them in the midst of the chaos."

It is strikingly similar to the crime rate back in Los Angeles. There are times when it rises to obscenely levels or falls to near nonexistence, but it is normally quite consistent.

I guess that means more than the usual workload at times then. Though, I hope there won't be a terribly large increase in crime this month, but wishful thinking I guess. It always seems to get more violent closer to the holidays.

Yes, that's correct. The joy and good-tidings of the holidays are obviously not felt by everyone. There are those fools who only wish to foolishly ruin the good times of others.

Which is why this time of the year is filled with a plentiful amount of suicides and brutal, premeditated murders.
