best _____ of the year:
1. party: ben's...the one where me and LN crawled up and down the stairs drunk, that was fun. i also met tim there, who is one of the awesomest guys ever!
2. show: the matches at the living room was a good show, but every show that me and jess went to was the best. even the queers.
3. cd: uhhh...no.
4. movie: anchorman and napoleon dynamite are tied.
5. song: kill the seagulls.
6. experience: going to cabo san lucas for my seventeenth birthday...going to all the clubs, drinking an insane amount of corona, bikini contests, and meeting jessica simpson. getting to become such close friends with jess was also an awesome experience. and i can't forget going to italy with my dad over summer vacation.
7. concert: i thought the "show" question was the same thing.
8. book: "the girls' guide to hunting and fishing" - melissa banks. that's also one of the only books i actually read.
9. month: april.
10. day: the fuck should i know, i don't remember what happened on specific days.
worst _____ of the year:
1. party: perhaps the one i went to in edson when i was in canada over the summer.
2. show: anything at the beanery [good call, evan and caitlin...hah].
3. cd: i don't know about you guys, but i was DEFINITELY disappointed with ryan cabrera's album.
4. movie: i didn't like collateral, all the hype wasn't worth it. or maybe i don't remember if i liked it, because rebecca just told me that i did like it. whatever. not important.
5. song: every song by ryan cabrera and usher. yes, i said i hated usher. go ahead and yell at me.
6. experience: july 23rd. october 23rd.
7. concert: this is such crap.
8. book: "september 12th we knew everything would be okay" - author unknown.
9. month: august sucked because it was the last month i had in rhode island to hang out with my friends before we moved to fairfield. it was awesome and sad at the same time.
10. day: july 23rd.
hopes for 2005:
1. predict something that you think will happen in 2005?: i'll put graduation here, just because it's a safe bet. but i'm hoping i meet a great boy and end up with an awesome relationship and close friend. i want to start a new band too.
2. what do you hope changes about your country?: i'm booking it out of here and going back to canada for college, so it doesn't matter.
3. what do you hope for yourself?: i kind of answered that in the first question of this section. i'm just hoping i can make it on my own when i'm in college, and can find a way to feed myself and do well in school. i'd also like a potbelly pig named charlotte.
4. what do you hope for your family?: i hope rebecca and dad get a nice house and don't miss me TOO much while i'm gone...hah.
5. what do you hope for your best friend?: i hope she feels better soon!
during 2004:
1. where were you when it began?: with rebecca's mom at café itri, i had just flown in from canada that night.
2. did you stay up?: of course i did.
3. what was your new year wish?: probably the same as it will be this year...to meet an awesome boy, blahblahfuckingblah.
4. how many boy/girlfriends?: enough to count on one hand.
5. broke up?: every single one of them.
6. have any crushes?: ohhh man, did i ever.
7. care to mention names?: dan, matt[s], adam, monkey boy, josh, jake, etc...
8. new friends?: lots and lots.
9. had to say goodbye?: i said goodbye to everything i loved when i moved to fairfield. it suuuuuuuuucked. still does.
10. missed anyone?: i still do...
11. win anything?: for some reason, i always win really weird contests and drawings. i probably won something like that in the past year.
12. best place you went to?: cabo san lucas and italy.
13. worst place you went to?: edson, the dumpiest town in canada.
14. happiest moment?: i don't think there's one in particular.
15. how was your birthday?: fucking amazing. it was the first birthday i celebrated in a place that had no snow, and everything about it was awesome. it couldn't have possibly been better. come on, i met jessica simpson and A.J. maclean. try to top that, fuckers.
16. best present?: the trips to new countries i visited, and the affection of every boy that i had.
