when subconscious becomes self aware

i haven't seen myself in days.. like i srsly haven't looked in a mirror in a long time... and i know that sounds stupid or ridiculous but really the only time i look at myself in a mirror is when i am brushing my teeth...and recently i walk around the apt when i brush...so no looking..not even to dress.

i finally looked at myself today and i couldnt.

not a good sign.
