pizza and babies
Bridget and Josh are here. They arrived yesterday afternoon and right now are touring the city. I feel bad because I have work all day while they are here, but not on the weekend which is good. They had some pizza yesterday which was a good time....Two pizza places were freaking closed for holidays and renovations. Weird.
I got a call that my friend was in labor yesterday. I had to leave Josh and Bridget at my apt, but they did some exploring of Oakdale so at least they did something. I felt bad, but one of my best friends was having a baby! So, I got to the hospital and went to the info desk and the girl said that she was in maternity. Then it dawned on me that she had the baby already! ha. She said that visiting hours had just ended, but I asked her if she could just tell them I am Jill's sister. She did and I snuck up. Ha. Then I found out that they kicked out a whole bunch of people at the end of visiting hours and were pretty strict about it. As Jill would say, " Only Jackie. Stupid Jackie. " Ahhh. the love. can you feel it? Anywho, she had a girl via cesarian. Kori Lynn is her name and she was born at 4 lbs 15 oz and 19 inches long. So so so so cute. :)
I am going to go see her at 6:30. NOt sure what Bridget and Josh are up to or when they are coming back from NYC. I am so freakin' tired anyway. I got five hours of sleep last night and 4 the night before. At least the night before I was at a bar til late, last night I was just sleeping off and on.
