Sherry Birkin’s life was pretty much militaristic after Raccoon, she escaped when she was 18, and has pretty much been trying to avoid places that know about Umbrella still, trying to decide what she really wants to do.
Her abilities are caused by her infected status. She can’t pass on the strain she has, though it can be used to make a cure for the T virus. These enhancements include, strength (small bursts of increased strength, giving her the ability to punch through two inches of steel), speed (She can get up to speeds of 100 mph for ten seconds) and healing (her body will repair most damage, as long as her head is attached to the body.
