my life plan
okie, i've finally got it all worked out now.
i have to work a couple of years in some vaguely challenging profession to give the impression that i'm my own woman with a brain. during this time, i should hook an ambitious and smart upcoming professional, preferably working in hedge funds or private equity, who is looking for an independent thinking woman. then we will get married. i'll carry on in my "challenging" job for a number of years, then we will have kids and i'll take some time out to raise the kids. "only for a few years since i want to go back to work" except i will never go back to work, but start indulging my own interests in art, academia etc as the kids grow older. my rich ass husband will finance my enrichment programme and allow me to live life the way i want to. and hopefully not ditch me for some younger model and even if he did, i'd have an iron-clad pre-nup to protect my lifestyle. eh voila!
