I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day on the gentrified streets of DC, little black boys and little black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and little white girls and bond over their mutual love of...taco rice.

You may remember when I had an unhealthy (literally) obsession with fried rice. Unfortunately Chinese sausage (get your minds out of the gutter, people) is a bit hard to find around here, and the extremely fatty thin slices of beef I used to use in my fried rice are non existant in this biatch. But you know what is readily available at every Safeway and Giant known to man? Everyone you need to make taco rice! And so my extreme dedication to making the best fried rice known to man, woman, or child has shifted to making the best taco rice in the history of taco rice and slinging it to anyone willing to try it. The goal is to one day have a food rice selling taco rice, which people will gladly pay for because they'll be addicted to my delicious and nutritious form of Okinawan crack. I even have a list of potential names for the truck, which I shall reveal at a later date. Mwahahahahaha!

Maybe having all this free time on my hands isn't so horrible after all.
