Minus all the Japanese speeches involved, work parties are like the best parties ever. It's always nice to get super drunk on the company's dime, meeting people you've never ever seen before, eating up all the sushi, and watching your normally staid bosses down beer after beer and start acting like the kids from Odd Future.
