Coming home to a mailbox stuffed with nail salon advertisement, bills, Yonabaru newsletters, and corpses has become routine at this point. Which is why it's always a pleasant surprise when I get a box full of goodies from my homies back in the US. Especially when that package comes from my favorite boss in the whole wide world, Gabriella, the M.I.S.S. EiC. If y'all didn't know Gabriella used to be the boss lady behind one of the first women's streetwear brands, Mama Clothing. She's still very much a part of that world, and most of the stuff she's sent me has been leftover swag from industry tradeshows and freebies she's gotten. And she definitely knows how to hook a brotha up with some free shit.
Awwwwwwwwww.
Lindt chocolate truffles always remind me of that one time I went to Canada, and they detained me at the border for half an hour to inspect my computer for child porn. Good times.
Cool vinyl toy by San Francisco based (street?) artist Sam Flores. Looking at his work with Upper Playground and on his own line, 12 Grain, on Digital Gravel many year ago is a huge part of why I got into steetwear culture in the first place. I've got this little guy chillin' at my work desk now.
Diesel Clothing spin-off 55DSL celebrated it's 15th anniversary last year. They hooked up with a whole bunch of other brands to create some products to celebrate the event, including Vasava from Barcelona, Spain who created this Day of the Dead looking vinyl toy.

It's big enough to choke a small pony.
I hate The Hundreds, but I like their stickers. Gabriella even threw in some Huf, 10 Deep, and old school King Stampede stuff for good measure. West Coast streetwear meets East Coast.
COWABUNGA DUDES!!!! No bullshit, this a pack of the original TMNT 2 movie trading cards from 1991, and I'm never gonna open it. I'm just gonna admire them and inhale the old card smell as often as possible.

The next person who sends me something sure has a lot to live up to now...
