Today I had my last class at Aisho preschool, the place I taught at for Okinawa NPO for the past five or so months. Out of all the places I taught during my semi-unemployed days, this was my favorite. It had also been, for a long time, the only place where I still got to teach young whippersnappers the finer points of English. Coincidence? Hmmmmm....Shout out to the peeps at Okinawa NPO for giving a brotha a job when I really needed it and letting me do my thing. I think I learned as much from the kids as they did from me, mainly how to do something called the Mori Mori Dance. Give me many beers and I just may display my dancing talents for your amusement.

Now that this, and my stint at Global Village, have come to an end, my days of barely scraping by have officially come to and end. Thanks to everyone who supported me during my time of need, including my former co-workers who kept me from being totally unemployed after I left the place, the peeps at Global Village, Okinawa NPO, and Tanoshii Pasocon who hooked me up with teaching gigs, my beloved friends, and of course MaryAnn. Had it not been for her patience and understanding (most of the time), I would have been back in the States probably up to some ole gangsta shit. So once again thanks errybody! I'm lucky to have such wonderful people in my life.
