サザンクロス (Southern Cross)
So like I said before, Yoron is part of the former Ryukyu Kingdom and shares a lot of things in common with it's big brother to the south, Okinawa. Eisa, goya champuru, and Orion beer are all pretty popular here. Still, that doesn't mean it's Okinawa Jr. The island does have a unique culture and history to call its own.
All of the islands artifacts and history are gathered here at the Southern Cross Center. It's other claim to fame? Being one of the few places in the entirety of the northern hemisphere where you can see the Southern Cross constellation.
