不運にも指名された製品: Calpis (Unfortunately Named Products: Calpis)
While Pepsi is apparently not number 1-10 on everyone's top ten best drink's ever made list like it is on mine, a drink that is apparently popular over here is the titular unfortunately named Calpis. The Japanese katakana pronunciation reads more like ka-ru-pees, but the English pronunciation sounds a lot more like cow piss. Doesn't really help matters much that the drink is white and milky.
Interestingly enough, the name Calpis is derived from the words calcium and sarpis, Sanskrit for "supreme taste".
