primer? i don't even know her!
oh i just love it when my first customer of the day is a huge bitch. it really sets the tone and puts me in a great mood.
i got off at 1pm today, so i can't really complain. well, i can complain about the fact that i was up until 4:30am, thinking i didn't have to wake until 9am. then i realized i actually had to get up at 7am and that kept me up until at least 5am. but it's all good?
anyway, Gary picked me up from work and took me to his GB house to take some pics of his car. he's got about 17 cars that he wants to sell on ebay, but this was the only one located at the GB house so we just went there and thought we'd just deal with one vehicle at a time. so i took the pics, then we went to get subs and pizza. okay. i'm back on the no-carb diet starting tomorrow. pizza, subs, doughnuts and wedding cake aren't doing me any good. haha. anyway, we ate and came up here and i was resizing the pics and we ended up making a post on ebay with 14 pictures. it cost $60 just to list the car, but he's trying to sell it for $4500, so in the grand scheme of things, that's not too bad, i guess. i wrote up the entire ad and then ended it with:
"I am listing this for my brother because he's mentally handicapped and has no hands to type. Needs to sell car in order to afford a hand transplant."
i thought maybe we'd score some pity bids. we laughed for about 10 minutes then realized we couldn't put that so i just ended up putting "I am listing this for my brother because he is computer illiterate (dumb)." anyway, when it was finally posted, it was about 4:15pm. at 5:30pm my brother gets a call from someone in Texas saying he wants the car. they're just trying to work out the details about getting it shipped down there. he hasn't paid for it yet so it's still up in the air, but things look good. and i know i get a couple hundred for helping him list it; at one point he said he would give me 10% of whatever sells, so hey, i can deal with that. a few more cars sold and i'll be able to pay off my bills which would be amazing. SCORE!! now i get to work all night long and wake up early to work all day tomorrow. you are jealous, no?
