tues: 117 well, at least the fucking number went down.
so so so disappointed in myself. but at least i can be back on track now.

but not fat skinny. lots of work out, a toned 113 will be good enough for a bit. just need a confidence boost, im sure.
speaking of.... my research proposal was accepted and i'm speaking at a conference in a month!! well, at least i feel smart, and surely in a month i'll be feeling skinnnnnny too....!!
