[x japan should have read his book]

'It's funny, when fans ask me as they do almost every day, whether Guns, in its original form, will ever reunite, its hard to take them seriously. That question is so asinine to me; if they knew the real story they'd already know the answer. But my response is always the same: "Take a look at what everyone is doing now. x-japan....oh god how I loathe them. Sry. It's true. I enjoy Luna Sea, but X-Japan just makes me want to hurt something violently.

LOL! I love them to pieces, but oh god they're starting to just make me want to bash my head against the wall.

Listening to them makes bashing my head against a wall sound more inviting.

The worst thing X did is reunite for good, I think.

GOD BLESS YOU, KAT.
I think exactly the same as you!

OMG THANK YOU.

It just feels like there's an elephant in the room that most X fans are fucking blind to and it bothers me. I'm not saying the reunion concert was a bad thing, I'm saying that reuniting for good was.

it's just like that @.@
I too don't think the concert was a bad thing, but trying to keep the band going after that was just.... FAIL.
Everything they did after the concert just makes me laugh! (and the fanbase acting stupidly just makes things worse!)

Uhm uhm uhm, i'm completely out of the X fandom bubble (and i think it's better this way), although i love them. So basically Heath thought he had better things to do and left X? Good for him, no, seriously. I don't see their reunion fit at all, sorry. Yes, i enjoyed their IV song thing (i was so amused at the cinema when the credits whent on), but that's all.

People should understand X-Japan's history, and the band, too, should know that what's over is over.

To be fair, Heath left because of problems with the manager, not because he wanted to do his own thing--although (and this is pure personal opinion) I got the impression that it might have had something to do with a certain band member...

People should understand X-Japan's history, and the band, too, should know that what's over is over.
See, this is why I friended you: you have a steady, level-headed way about looking at things. It's wonderful and I agree 100% <3

lol so there was actually a dramallama going on in the band? what the, but it's his own decission if he left, and that means he wasn't that attached to the reunion as everyone was expecting (otherwise he would have sucked it up? or not?), then again, if that's what he wants...

Thank you, and you are awesome. That's the same reason why i friended you, you are great ♥

Well... I personally think there was drama on the road, but no one's said one way or another--I'm sure if someone who was an X Freak scrolled down and saw your comment they could answer for sure. x) It's just what I think. But as I said before, the official reason for Heath leaving is because of problems with the manager/monetary side.

You know what? I agree. All the drama Yoshiki is pulling makes me cringe, because he just seems /so/ /desperate/. I'm glad I got to see them live, but (and I can't believe I'm finally admitting this to myself)...it wasn't the best concert I've ever been to. I love X, but with the way this is going, its not even remotely about the music anymore, and pretending it is is offensive. Let it die in peace. Pull the plug, before this gets even uglier than it already is.
God, I used to think X Japan was the greatest band in the /world/. The whole fucking world. I stayed loyal to them for as long as I fucking could, until I realized I hadn't listened to a single X Japan song in months, and had no real desire to. I guess I've moved on, and while admitting that hurts, if I can do it, so can Yoshiki, and leave everyone else the hell /alone/.
..../bitter rant.

It's one of those. "Damn I wish y'all were better so that /MY/ integrity isn't in jeopardy because I'm your fan"

I think it happens when you get too close, too involved.

It's kind of like: step back, keep listening but take a /big/ step back.

Only because I've gone through it with Diru and D'espa.

I totally ignore all fanbase chatter and news that doesn't directly relate to the music.
