Hello, there! *waves*
This is a little out of the blue, I know, but the thought occurred to be a while ago whilst I was reading Frankenstein:
Stephen Maturin, we know, studied in Paris prior to the Revolution. Therefore, would it not be too distant a step of the imagination to say that Stephen Maturin would've been a contemporary of Victor Frankenstein.
After all, Geneva is not that great a distance from Paris...
I'll just leave this thought here, shall I?
