Oh that was delightful.

"So long. It had been so long when last time he had indulged in this kind of action. So sinful, so despicable, so good."

Good it was indeed and exactly what they needed and desired and a wonderful way to bring them closer together.

I loved the small details in this - the hands and implements, the instrument strings, the feeling of cold and warmth and the way Jack always calls stars and planets "he" (remember the confusion over 'Ganymede'?!)

A lovely way to celebrate Christmas too - thank you so much!

I liked the way that it built up slowly, with them noticing tiny things first. And I liked the way you could see them tending to the others on the ship. And the end was delicious!
