Dear comm, I present to you a default header! :D
Now, don't worry, you don't have to use it. No one will come after you with the cat o' nine or throw you in the brig for not putting it in front of your fic. But headers such as this one do make everything so much more shipshape, don't they? And a header full of information will make it easier for people to realise that your fic is one they must read! So please consider the below header an example, a template for you to use and adapt, more of a guideline than an actual rule.
