today my parents and i walked around the east lansing art fair. ross tagged along too which was cool, especially because we were able to park in his driveway. parking on campus was nonexistant.

so, we're walking by this big art sculpture behind ned's:

me: this is the kind of art i don't get. i'm creative, i feel i could make something equally as cool
dad: ya
me: and you know there's some underlying meaning behind it. like it represents the infinite abyss or something.
dad: hmmm, ok
me: ya know, something philosophical, abstract, yet meaningless
dad: oh no, you've been reading again, haven't you?

good times at the art fair. tomorrow i'm volunteering for uab to help. after all, what else am i doing? it also means a free t-shirt, which i probably don't need, but will take anyway.
