Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Write, edit and update company’s ongoing technical documentation
Interact with R&D to document new features for existing products.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (English, Literature, Journalism or relevant)
English at mother-tongue level. Additional languages - Advantage
Technical Writing course - a must
Proficiency in MS Word, Visio/SmartDraw, Paint Shop Pro
Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel; Adobe FrameMaker and RoboHelp - Advantage
Strong written communication skills
Experience in software documentation preferred. Banking / Finance knowledge - Advantage
1-3 years experience as technical writer in a Software Company
Ideal candidate is a highly organized, fast learner, attentive to details, self-motivated team player
