Oh, that's a good one. Good luck with it!

I should do something exercise-y but my main resolution is to take time off from work more regularly. No more working for months and ending up too exhausted to enjoy a break.

That's a great decision, Dot. We call it "having a life" I totally support it. I might even nag you from time to time about it!

Dynamic yoga is one of those crazy thingies that mix yoga, pilates and tai-chi... and it works wonders for your back, above all, but also to build up a bit of strength and muscle around the core. Since I started doing it my back doesn't hurt at all, no matter how long I send sitting and typing.

Nag away! I e-mailed my boss yesterday and asked for a random Tuesday off this month and for a week off the end of February.

Ah, well that sounds hard but good! It's great if it's helping you. I do pilates once a week and it's really improved my neck problems.

My crazy aerobics instructor also teaches yoga and it seems to include handstands. No way on earth I'm ever entering that room.

Hmmm no handstands yet for us, and I've been at it for 2 years... Not enough strength yet, i guess.
