since the original thread was deleted and I so rarely get involved with these things online I am reposting my post on my take on tribal style nomenclature: -----

I already see this happening with some people who have been dancing in the tribal/tribal fusion realm for a while..

I feel that in myself - wanting to go back to my traditional bellydance roots, while not losing my tribal stuff. I keep warning people that someday I'm gonna come out in a hot pink bedlah and do a cane dance ;-)...
And I agree with Badriya...Hybrid Swarm is an AWESOME troupe name :-)

tee hee- after my photo shoot, the photographers pulled out my old hot pink bedlah- i knew i should have given them a cane.
