At long last I picked up a copy of Harry VI, and devoured it in a week of bedtime reading (the only time I have to read much these days). So much has been said that I’ve only 3 things to add. No spoilers herein

LOL, I think I'll have to wait to respond to this until I have the book in front of me since I have no idea what occurred on what pages.
In defense of my dislike of the sea of raging hormones, I feel the same way about teeny bopper emotions no matter where they occur. I just have no patience for them - because I'm a bit of a freak compared to normal folks. Honestly, I thought I was one of two people who felt that way about all the teeny bopper stuff in the book - I believe most people are of your opinion. :-)
Well, you're definitely not the only one (or two) who feel that way. But I note that pretty much every complaint on said subject is from those who are a little too recent in their witnessing of the ...uh, phenomenon. But from my point of view, it's a subject that can be done honestly and as a satire with not a whit of difference. In other words, inherently funny, and even better with a witty but loving hand writing it.
Can't wait to hear what you think of my supposition...
