Leavenworth
Jerry, Michelle, Ricky, Joe and I all went to Leavenworth this weekend. We caught the last weekend of Oktoberfest, which is three weekends in Leavenworth. That town knows how to capitalize on a good festival. Apparently they have, oh, something like 80 festivals a year. Or something like that. Anyways, it was a good, good time.

- Beer, possibly a tad too much
- Awesome, awesome fall colors
- Stumbling distance to beer tents
- A little dancing
- A lot of lederhosen
- Knitting progress on a Christmas gift
- Ricky endearing himself to Michelle by telling her that a half of bottle of wine after a day dealing with Boeing and Machinists is simply "medicinal"
- Really killer clams
- Equally killer caprese salad and tomato pizza
- Getting out of town for awhile and enjoying some chill time
