Packing
My room is a jumble of boxes, bags, and dorm junk. I can't see the floor at all except for a small path I shovelled from the door to my bed. Really.
Is it a bad thing or a good thing if you can fit all the clothes you own into one bag??
Yesterday I got rather melancholy while--of all things--weeding through the miscellaneous papers in my AP English Literature folder. It was so disheartening to put the things I had printed out or written throughout the year into the trash--the syllabus, Mrs. Bell's emails, my scribbled notes and outlines and essays. Since I'll be studying Jane Eyre this semester (*laughs wickedly*) I decided to keep all my JE notes and quotes... That led to the keeping of my notes from all the other books we studied as well. Oh well, they don't take up too much room ;) I'm also bringing along all my french notes.
And don't worry, I AM taking Perrine's. How could I forget it!?
Today we went to the beach. The sun was beating down...I didn't sit in the shade at all for 6 hours straight...I only put on sunscreen once...and...I'm not sunburned. I must have strange skin.
The waves weren't great, but Bob's Lemonade was!! (as always!) ;) I'm very tired though, so my typing is rather lazy. Sorry. :)
