Seeing a character I love given the same brutal, 'artistic' treatment, with added horror score, was really not fun. I have really been 'enjoying' the show (haha, for a given value of 'enjoying') but this episode worked in what I think it was trying to achieve, which is to bring home the real human cost of all these killer-foodie shenanigans. In other words, I cried a lot. And then I read the actor's post on why they think their character's death was a good story decision, and I cried more. Just...whyyyyyyy.
