On a website I was hoping would be able to tell me what Radial Velocity is. If any of you know can you explain to me please?
You see I've even gone as so far to find out that Radial Velocity is Radialgeschwindigkeit in German and looked it up on German Google. I got a Wiki page, only the physics page isnt written yet and the Astronomy one is not what I need. All the english sites mention the astronomy meaning of radial velocity and I need the physics one. Argh!

In my search for Radial Velocity I found a site which made me even more homesick for Germany. How? Well it is results from a program, similar results were published in many reports I had to enter into that boring database back in Germany when I was seeing Martin nearly every day at work.
