I guess it's been a while since I have updated...
Life is chaos, but that has been the standard operating procedure for the last several years.
My parents are currently trying to sell the house, so that means cleaning out my room. I have accumulated a massive amount of stuff in the past eight or so years. That and all the detritus accumulated during my college years. I sound really old saying that. "My college years" It's only been about 5 months. Anyway, attempting to sell the house means a severe cleaning. Since cleaning or even general tidiness is not my strong suit, this will be quite the adventure. It also means I may be helping my parents move. Since I am only one who doesn't have previous back problems, I can see where that train is headed.
I suppose the move will be a good thing for me. I will be gone for two years and will be 25 when I get back. The house switch provided closure. It will no longer be my house but my parent's house. I don't know what God has planned for me if (when) I get back. However, I am fairly certain I will not be residing in Columbia. It will be a clean break.
In other news, I had a seven hour phone conversation with him yesterday. That was certainly a new experience for me. We discussed some good and serious stuff. There's definitely potential.
