1. Rosetta Stone - Plastic Toy: I want the lyrics to this song so bad very badly. From what I can understand its great; "Its all an act, its not for real, the tears I cry the pain I feel, ... there's nothing there" Something about a "goth" singer writing those lyrics is very amusing
2. The Cure - Gone!: This always cheers me up. Really, I'm pathetic and it holds my hand. :(
3. Type O Negative: I can't loose you: Its a beautiful layered song I can get lost in for a long time.
4. Rolling Stones - Gimme Shelter: I hear it when I access on demand so its been in my head. I don't know what to say about that song, I think the intro especially was very ahead of its time.
5. Machines of Loving Grace: Burn Like Brilliant Trash (At Jackie's Funeral): Summer is starting to come back and that puts me in the mood for alt industrial rock type stuff. Summer also puts me in the mood for punk, some 90's and classic rock... I start putting the slow and heavy doom and gothic metal away.
6. Virgin Prunes - Baby Turns Blue: I have it one this really awesome mix cd I made. I always keep it in my car for emergencies. :P I'm so in love with that cd I have to make it again because the end is skipping all over Gitane Demone. Why do old cds always start skipping on the last track??? Really?
7. Against Me! - How Low: This is Kurt's new favorite band and this song rubbed off on me. The chic he sings with sounds like a country singer.
So, now I'm supposed to tag 7 more people?

This weekend was relaxing... at least at the very end. Kurt and I found an apartment to move into so we'll be doing that within the next few weeks. Yesterday I just crashed, I didn't have any energy left. I needed that and I feel better. Next weekend I really want to go to Hkan so I'm going to bug everyone in the tri-state area until someone comes with me.
