had a good interview today at San Diego Culinary Institute today. looks like a good program, and the people seem friendly, and the class i visited briefly seemed to have a good rapport with the teacher/chef. class sizes are also small, so that's a huge plus.

tomorrow, open house with the Art Institute of California - San Diego.
