i took a nap today
and it was awesome. it was pretty much the only thing i actually accomplished today. well, i did throw my laundry in to the wash before i napped. then i hung it out to dry, so i should have clean and dry laundry by tomorrow when i need to pack FOR HAWAII.
so excited.
in other news, spending time with j's family is awesome. his parents are about the sweetest human beings on the planet (i'm thinking that's probably where he gets it from) and our thanksgiving was just great. we had a great time all hanging out yesterday, cooking and spending family time together. and tonight we're joined by j's aunt and uncle, so dinner should again be nice.
i'm thinking i'm going to take my computer with me to hawaii, since the condo we're staying in has wifi, which i think is most excellent. so i should hopefully be updating my lj whilst gone, but i'm not promising anything. i hope to take a lot of pictures and get a lot of relaxing done this vacation. also i want to get a massage. and what's even more awesome than a massage is the fact that we're renting a jeep wrangler for the week. those are so much fun to drive. yay!
