back to work...
We had a party for one of my co-workers who retired last week. The party was on Wednesday night. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of fun I had. At work I am a different person, so I was a bit skeptical of drinking and partying with these people I only know from work. It was a blast. We danced and laughed all night long. In fact, we had so much fun we are already planning a party for Christmas. We started making a list of people so we can get an estimate of how many people to expect and plan for. Everyone is bringing someone, a significant other, a son/daughter, a boyfriend, etc. I did not wanna feel left out so beside my name I put "DATE." Now, I just have to find someone to feel that space. I only have a month and a half...I better get to searching....
I went to see "Sweet Home Alabama" with Justin, Amber, and Keshia this weekend. I really enjoyed it, but of course as most romantic comedies do, it made me depressed. Of course, I am a girl who cried at Monster's Inc. so I guess that is not saying much, but still, I was kind of sad afterwards. Oh well, I eventually got over it.
Now my search begins for the mystery date to the Christmas party....who will it be?
