Sunny Days and Interesting Developments
So apparently I can graduate this December. Wow. Didn't see that coming so fast!! I have finished my major completely and need only 12 hours for my minor (a semester's worth which will be Fall) and then 8 hours of electives. I'm contemplating trying to scrape into a study abroad program - they usually amount to 6 hours, so that would nail that need, and then just 5 classes in the Fall. That's if I manage to hit some deadlines. And you know, gain approval from my parents. I WAS going to Saudi Arabia before they shit-canned the undergraduates from that trip. Made me lose interest but - I really want to do this now, so I can go on a trip and earn the hours needed.
I can do it! Right? lol
Oh and ONE advanced class. Pfft. I should sign up for the May mini semester to nail that.
So...
May: advanced class
Summer 1: Study Abroad trip - 6 hours(?) or 2 classes (6 hours) (boo)
Summer 2: (if no Study Abroad) 1 class.
Fall: 12 hours (4 classes)
September: Apply for graduation, take the GRE for grad school, look into internships or Peace Corps
December: Graduate!
