As I observed the pedicabs, most especially the ones in and around the Taft area, I realized that they encompass [almost] everything that is wrong with the country (you do the associations, they're fairly easy to anyone with a sense of what's going on in the country today):
- Most of them ignore rules and go the wrong way
- The ones who do go the right way drive slowly in true pedicab fashion
- And even then the ones who go the right way can only hold a couple of people at most
- The drivers work so hard to gain so little
- Nobody in power gives a shit when pedicabs go the wrong way
So who was the idiot who thought of sticking a tent onto a sidecar?
