I got word today from the office of North Carolina EMS that they finally accepted my application for reciprocity and I am an NC Medic...unfortunately my card expired at midnight...lol
I have to take the refresher now.
Oh and to answer some people's questions... I moved down here because of the expense and my mother lives here. She needs to be close to her granddaughter. Well not only that... my daughter needs a better life and so does my family... it's also better opportunity to advance in my career medically... looking to start Pre-Med next year.
When I'm at the point of applying for Residency as a Doctor, if I don't get into UNC or Duke, I'll apply for a hospital back in NY.
