1) Joe, Erin and I will be in Orlando soon!! We're leaving friday and coming back whenever we god damn well feel like it! This is gonna be an orgasmic trip!
2) Lady Erin Pettis of Tampa can expect company while we're in Florida! Tampa is only an hour away from O-Town, and the way I fuckin drive, we might be there in 15 mins.
3) I'm bored.
4) My sister is brilliant for 2 reasons:
(a) She mis-interprets the lyrics from "Let It Be", by The Beatles:
Original lyrics: "When I find myself in times of trouble, mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, let it be."
Melanie's lyrics: "When I find myself in times of trouble, Bloody Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, let it be."
(b) We were eating at Caine's, and there was a Dumb & Dumber poster on the wall. She was analyzing the shit out of it, and says:
Mel: "J...I didn't know Uncle Joey from Full House was in a movie with Jim Carrey!!!"
Jason: "That's not Uncle Joey/Dave Coulier, that's Jeff Daniels, Melanie."
Mel: "Ahhh...hmmmm..."
5) Mario Baseball for GameCube is fuckin insanely great!
6) For anyone filling out a FEMA application online, be patient. Their server likes to quit on you during the process.
7) If I get any FEMA money before the Orlando trip, I might have to be tied to a pole with barbed-wire, just to stop me from spending it all in one trip.
8) Shane Savoie is a real American hero!
9) I finally bought the dvd box set of The Beatles Anthology documentary. I haven't seen it in years. Probably the best documentary I have ever watched!!
10) My apartment is going to have to be demolished. I'm gonna miss that place.
11) Driving into Metairie at 5 am, in pitch black darkness is REALLY creepy!!
12) Judging from the water marks on the walls, I probably had about 3-5 inches of water. Most of my shit made it out ok, except for some random shit that's replaceable. And well, some shit isn't replaceable. Bah!
13) My mom has NOT stopped bitching about the amount of clothes that I have. I think the poor woman has been washing all of my clothes since we got back from Metairie this past tuesday.
14) There's gonna be some hardcore cuddling in our hotel room when we go to Orlando.
15) This Orlando trip gives me a good excuse to clean the fuck outta my Trailblazer.
16) I went out in Thibodeaux thursday night, and I hardly remember anything! It was 'one of those nights'. It was also a well needed night of getting wasted! Great stress reliever!
17) I might move to Canada.
18) I got out of those New Orleans based Live Journal communities. They're currently too depressing and also annoying at times. I just wanna read what my friends have to say. Those are the ones I really care about, anyway.
19) Blah, I have nothing else to say.
