Wow, what a killer fuckin birthday! This has been one of my favorite birthdays, ever. Hell, maybe my favorite!
I wanna thank everyone that threw me some 'happy birthday!' comments. All of the phone calls, messages, etc were great, and they really meant a lot...for real! I dunno why, but for some reason, today/tonight just made me feel really grateful, and kinda mushy inside.
Earlier tonight, I headed to Thibodeaux. There was a cute little cake waiting for me, and everyone sang me 'happy birthday'. Thank you Kristi, Lauren, Britni, Tommie, and Kim! Ya'll are fuckin great! And thanks to the rest of the crew that was there. (Drake, Nick, etc.) I haven't had an actual cake for my birthday in quite a few years. It was really fuckin special!
It was a little after 2:30 when I decided to drive back here. The whole ride home was great. I just took it easy, and listened to great chill out music, and spaced out. Overall, I just feel really LUCKY to have ALL of the friends that I have now. Old friends, new friends...everyone! The rest of the week is gonna be great. Wednesday/today/tonight...will consist of dinner with Shane and hopefully Zach + others. We're probably gonna hit Pho Tau Bay and have some drinks afterwards. I also wannna get together with my homie Suzzette, and just go chill at Joe and Erins. Or hell, just get everyone together and go out for dinner and drinks. Either way, I'm happy! Thursday, I'll be on the bayou to celebrate my birthday with my family. This is gonna rock!
I dunno what's going on friday, but saturday night will...be...INSANE!!!! It'll be another birthday bash in Thibodeaux. We're gonna be celebrating Erica and I's birthdays, together, as a big group! I just have a feeling that we're gonna be getting CRAZY saturday night! It's just one of those feelings. Kind of the same feeling I had when Paul threw the big "Sausage Fest '04" party in Galliano. I had this surreal and anxious type feeling that whole day, and I'm already feeling it for saturday! And when I get that certain feeling, I'm usually right! So...for anyone that's going to Kristi/LT/Kim's apartment saturday for the big "Double Birthday Bash", I can't wait to drink with all of you and be merry and wasted!! Thank you!
