SV: Manippy, Wallpapery Thing
A while back, dawnybee (at least, I think it was her) mentioned that The Artist Formerly Known as The Artist Formerly Known as Prince is now a devout Jehovah's Witness.
This boggled my mind, so I researched, and I found this:
In the first 15 minutes, he played a host of hits including . . . "I Would Die 4 U." On the latter song, he slyly changed the lyric "I'm your messiah" to "He's your messiah," a reflection of his newfound faith as a devout Jehovah's Witness.
I do believe that sex is sacred (hence my pretty hard-core pro-abstinence and pro-monogamy stances), so the mixing up of religious and sexual imagery has never really bothered me. Which is how I've always seen I Would Die 4 U.
Eventually, the song ganged up on me with my manip muse, and the result is:
I worried about the gradient of the .jpg format, so I uploaded this as a .png, too.
They look about the same to me, so if you see any significant difference, let me know.
