I wonder if the concept of slash is about to make an appearance on CourtTV.
I'm a CourtTV junkie. The current case is a guy who's accused of pushing his wife down a flight of stairs. They found a bunch of gay porn on his computer with his late wife's log-in. Apparently, the guy was researching the gay community for some novel he was writing about gays in the Marines, which will probably be the sum total of their defense. If his attorneys are with it, though, they could provide newspaper and magazine articles about how well this stuff goes over with women.
It wouldn't do much to prove his innocence, but it would weaken the prosecution's argument that the porn was a motive, unless they then can argue that he was envious of the naked models his wife was admiring, of course. . . .
