Ooooo! *likes* I was chortling about this conversation when watching the ep for Redial. I was all "Oh, you did not just cut to a close shot of Jack right when Carter says she has a soft spot for the lunatic fringe!" Hee hee heeeee!

And oh, look, trees!

Poor Jack. No respect, at all. Perhaps it would help if it did say "colonel" somewhere on his uniform.

I think someone should make him a big badge saying "Colonel". (Ooh, icon idea...) Daniel and Sam started early with their lack of respect for his authority, didn't they?

It just seemed so clear that Jack was thinking things, as those two talked - they kept cutting to him, and his lack of reaction, and then he pushed past them really quite irritably (understandable, given that they were openly implying that he's probably nuts). I had to write my take on it. :) Glad you liked!
