Local radio station this morning: "Wake up with Jack's Morning Glory!"
Me: *EYEBROWS*
And as a bonus, all the station's jingles were read by Paul Darrow (Avon from Blake's 7).
Inspired by this, and by
annerb's post the other week,
a couple of photos to show that fandom really is everywhere...
I wanted to find a house through these people so much, when I moved to Oxford.
Good uses for unwanted Goa'uld symbiotes #84: freeze them in carbonite and use them as bootscrapers.
Right. Quiet Sunday evening. What to watch?
- MacGyver
- Oklahoma!, bought because it has Hugh Jackman in it and because I've never seen it and I like musicals
- The He-Man and She-Ra cartoon movie, bought because I saw it in the cinema when I was about eight and I think it was the start of a particularly deep-seated kink
- Blake's 7, because I still have Paul Darrow's voice purring in my ears from this morning
- The Libertine, because I recorded it the other day and just today found out that my dad's side of the family are buried in the same (tiny) graveyard as John Wilmot, Earl of Rochester
