And I feel like I've worked more in the last 2 days at UT than I did in the last 6 months at BAE. All in all, that's a good thing, I think.
Okay, I just realized that this is going to be a disclaimer that I'll have to include for everyone, so I'll post it here. As an employee of the state of TN, everything I do on my work email, my work phone (it's a cell, I don't get a desk phone), or from my work computer online (i.e. the checking of personal email or LJ) becomes a matter of public record. Any citizen of TN can request documentation of all of it at any time, for any reason. Which means that I'll be doing all of my online stuff from home (or possibly from an upgraded personal cell, if I decide to go that route).
