Previously on LHDP:
The entire precinct rallied together excitedly for Pepa & Silvia's upcoming wedding, but things quickly hit a snag when two dead bodies showed up in Don Lorenzo's car. Silvia insisted on doing the autopsy, but was finally pulled away by Don Lorenzo and Pepa.
Meanwhile, Aitor Emo-d out again when he realized Lucas was coming to surprise Sara at the wedding, and he was ordered away. Instead of telling Sara why he couldn't go, he instead told her there was no turning back when she insisted he go with her.
No one but superhero Blackman realizes that the Italian mob is still very much a threat, as he protects their witness from them, and the entire mafia, led by El Gordo, surrounds the secluded wedding area, where Pepa and Silvia have just said their vows…

Well gang, that's the end of the road for me. I had actually planned on quitting the recaps at the end of the season no matter what. It's a lot of work, and I just don't have time to do it anymore. That said, my love for Pepa, Silvia, Paco and the entire gang remains unchanged. I still believe Los Hombres De Paco gave us the best lesbian love story ever put on television screens, and the treasure in that is that they were treated no differently than any other couple - the same laughs, the same hope, the same triumphs, and the same devastation.
I'll see you next season as a fan, not a recapper, looking to see where Paco, Pepa and the rest of the crew go from this. I may churn out some fan fiction, some icons, some music videos, when the fancy strikes me , but for the moment, I'm going to focus on my Real Life instead.
