I finally decided to grow up
I made a vow with myself that if I wasn't in a touring band by my 30th birthday that I would finally set my goals higher & advance to a four year college. (I just made that vow last week and my 31st birthday is coming up.)
Now that I'm old enough to be the creepy old man who stares at college girls, I'm going to go to Bradley and get an Electrical Engineering degree. Since I lived past the devastation of finding out that a whopping 15 credit hours (of the 100 that I've taken at ICC because I couldnt make up my mind on a major) will transfer to Bradley, I figured I can survive. Though my Electronic Technologies degree from ICC won't transfer any classes, it does serve as a good primer to EE, so I'll have a head up over the other Freshmen and if I can get Cat to pay for it, I'll really be set!
The greatest thing about getting this degree will be making fun of all the lame-Os with a B.A. in Psychology.
