Writing

I just wrote my first "real" essay for college, and it's been a long ass time since I've written anything remotely academic in formal paper format. It's kind of relieving in a sense, because I don't have to think about the realities of life, my life in particular. I describe it best as an escape, as well as something to keep me from going bonkers at my job (which I haven't had any work to accomplish since 9am). I've missed having pride in my schoolwork, as well as making something, making ideas flow and intertwine. It's a nice break from real life. I guess that's what makes and has made me a nerd for the majority of my life.

I need my tattoo to be finished. It just doesn't seem very fitting yet; uncomplete.

I can't wait for winter break. It's going to be so much fun, and I'll be making slightly more money which = more happiness and less stress. I think I'm finally getting back into the swing of things.
