Mayday morning, 2009

Still have a head full of Bach this morning. Catching up on new Dreamwidth circle. Just made a big cup of coffee; after I drink it, it will be time for a walk. I used to do some copy editing during my morning coffee, but as things stand at the moment, I would need to VPN into Stanford in order to do that; the VPN client seems to be a little flaky and tends to screw up other things, so I guess I'll save the copy editing for later in the day. I have the slept too little feeling this morning, and it's too hot and stuffy in the house, but all of that will improve once I get outside for a walk. In fact, I think that I will take this first cup of coffee outside for a walk and step away from the computers for a few minutes.

I miss spending the beginning of the day doing things for Dad.
