Grabbing her bottle of aspirin off of her nightstand, Azula dumped several into her palm and popped them into her mouth, chewing quickly and grimacing at the bad taste. The medicine had yet to work. The idiot boy who had given them to her had probably known that it wouldn't, figuring he'd have a laugh at expense of the mighty Fire Nation princess. Just like Ty Lee.
There it was again. An intense, aching pain shot through her chest, and stayed there- and to her horror, she felt tears coming to her eyes. Everything was so stupid and complicated and... horrible and if a servant were to knock on the door right now, she would not hesitate to hit them with such a strong blast that they'd be spending weeks in the infirmary, if not longer.
She wanted Ty Lee with her right now. She wanted her very badly, and she absolutely hated herself for it. But she hated Ty Lee more, because it was all Ty Lee's fault. All of it. The hallway to her room was long, and the walls were thick. No servants were walking the corridors at this time of night (and they tended to avoid Azula's area of the palace, anyway). So, the great, strong, undefeatable Princess Azula allowed herself to cry loud, angry sobs that were wholly inelegant and very unbefitting for a princess of any rank, much less an unforgiving military leader and heartless conqueror.
But it hurt. And she knew exactly why the medicine wasn't helping.
OOC: Tsk, tsk- since the warning labels and instructions are all in Roman lettering, Azula can't read 'em, and therefore has no idea how to take it, or how much to take. Let's hope she doesn't accidently overdose. XD
